When suitable premises have been identified, we negotiate the best available terms on behalf of our clients and work closely with their appointed solicitors to achieve a smooth transaction, avoiding many potential pitfalls which can befall the unadvised tenant or purchaser.

We also acquire commercial and industrial investment property for many retained clients, and have excellent relationships with numerous active investment agents.  This leaves us well placed to negotiate swift and discrete transactions in what is often a very competitive market.
